Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
All orders placed Friday will be processed the following Monday, this includes Next Day and International Priority Shipments.
Holiday Shipping: we guarantee to send out your gifts by cut-off, but can't be responsible if the carrier suffers delays.
Cancellations & Changes
We are unable to cancel or change items once an order has been submitted. Once the order is shipped, we are not able to change the address provided during checkout.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders
If you added Package Protection at checkout, please file a claim with the Route team here for quick assistance with “in-transit” related issues.
If Package Protection was not selected at checkout, please note, we are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents is $500 or more.
PO BOXES: Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for delays incurred by the shipper.
Shipping Methods:
Next Day: Expected Delivery 1-2 days
Second Day Expected Delivery: 2-3 business days
Ground Expected Delivery: 3 - 7 business days
