Order Processing
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3: 00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday, this includes Next Day and International Priority Shipments. Once shipped, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customersupport@pamelalove.com.
Only one discount can be applied per order at checkout.
Please note that once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Domestic Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for your Ground order to be processed and shipped. Free ground shipping for all orders. All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 or more.
We are NOT able to ship to PO BOXES. Please note that if an order is placed with a PO BOX as the shipping address, we will kindly ask you to provide an alternate shipping address.
Shipping Methods:
Next Day: Expected Delivery 1-2 days
Second Day Expected Delivery: 2-3 business days
Ground Expected Delivery from NYC: 3 - 7 business days
International Shipping
Messenger Service
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate customer pickups. If you would like your order hand-delivered, we can arrange a messenger service for an additional fee based on location. For all messenger service requests, please email us at customersupport@pamelalove.com. Please include Contact Info, Order # and desired Drop-Off location.
