Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3: 00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday, this includes Next Day and International Priority Shipments. Once shipped, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customersupport@pamelalove.com.

Only one discount can be applied per order at checkout. 

Please note that once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

 

Domestic Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for your Ground order to be processed and shipped. Free ground shipping for all orders. All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 or more.

We are NOT able to ship to PO BOXES. Please note that if an order is placed with a PO BOX as the shipping address, we will kindly ask you to provide an alternate shipping address.

Shipping Methods:

Next Day: Expected Delivery 1-2 days

Second Day Expected Delivery: 2-3 business days

Ground Expected Delivery from NYC: 3 - 7 business days 

 

International Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday EST will be processed the following week. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All international orders are shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS Worldwide. The price of International Shipping varies on location and is calculated upon checkout. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate customer pickups. If you would like your order hand-delivered, we can arrange a messenger service for an additional fee based on location.
