DISCLOSURE

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3: 00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday, this includes Next Day and International Priority Shipments. Once shipped, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customersupport@pamelalove.com.

Only one discount can be applied per order at checkout. 

Please note that once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Domestic Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for your Ground order to be processed and shipped. Free ground shipping for all orders. All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 or more.

We are NOT able to ship to PO BOXES. Please note that if an order is placed with a PO BOX as the shipping address, we will kindly ask you to provide an alternate shipping address.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate customer pickups. If you would like your order hand-delivered, we can arrange a messenger service for an additional fee based on location.
