We offer a sixty day limited warranty on Pamela Love 14k Demi-Fine & Piercing, and 18k & Platinum Fine Collections purchased in store or online. We do not offer repairs on Pamela Love Brass, Silver and 14k plated Fashion Collection, or items from other retailers. 
Items within warranty will be repaired or replaced if the item is found to have a production defect.
Items outside of the warranty that can be repaired will be subject to a repair fee based on the extent of the work and materials necessary. We do not offer replacements for items outside of the warranty period. We cannot guarantee repair is possible for all damages. 

Exclusions apply to:

  • Accidents
  • Brass, silver and 14K plated items
  • Improper handling
  • Inappropriate use
  • International orders
  • Lack of care
  • Lost Items
  • Modified items
  • Negligience
  • Normal wear and tear

PROCEDURE
No product will be accepted in our shop or online without prior authorization.

To initiate a repair inquiry please email customersupport@pamelalove.com with your full contact info & order # along with a brief description of the damage and 2-3 clear, close up photos.

Once your item is reviewed by our team we will contact you with options for repair, or replacement. 
If a repair fee is applied to your item, an estimated invoice will need to be completed before accepting the damaged item. Please note the invoice is an estimate only and an additional fee may be added once evaluated in person. Payment must be completed before release of the item.


We reserve the right to deny any repair request.
