REPAIR POLICY
Purchased From Pamela Love
We offer a sixty day limited warranty on Pamela Love 14k Demi-Fine & Piercing, and 18k Fine Collections. To initiate a repair inquiry please email customersupport@pamelalove.com with your full contact info & order # along with a brief description of the damage and 2-3 clear photos.
A repair fee will be applied to items outside of the warranty period and damages due to mishandling.
Please note: Warranty does not cover accidents, lost items, normal wear and tear, or any modifications that were made outside of Pamela Love. We do not offer repairs on Pamela Love Fashion Collections or Pamela Love items purchased from 3rd party retailers, including pop-up events.

Items purchased from other retailers: Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate repair requests for items purchased from other retailers.
